What an awful movie. A professor wanting to publish his research and dean denying. He has figured out the way to win the game of 3 cards with the help of Math – probabilities. He gathers a group of students, plays with them at clubs to prove his theory and keeps playing because someone is blackmailing him. One of student attempts a suicide because he feels guilty of the greed. An actor like Ben Kingsley – wasted talent in the movie. The story should have been something like this – The professor and students play it with pride and gathers all the fund money to publish his research papers, becomes one of the richest man and the entire university and the dean are in awe. Gambling movies should be with a little bit about the style too… gambling + emotions + drama can get extremely boring if not handled with care…
